No Joe Biden, you CANNOT control our guns

My reply to Biden's pronouncement

Thursday, June 2, 2022, Joe Biden, the alleged President of the United States, addressed the nation concerning gun control. As nearly every word out of his mouth was either inaccurately portrayed or an outright lie, I will not go into detail about his pronouncements. Suffice it to say he is a prime example of what is so very wrong with our nation.

One detail I will examine is where Biden referred to Justice Scalia:

“At the same time, the Second Amendment, like all other rights, is not absolute. It was Justice Scalia who wrote, and I quote: “Like most rights, the right Second Amendment — the rights granted by the Second Amendment are not unlimited.” Not unlimited. It never has been.”

Surprisingly enough, I cannot find any direct reference to said “quote”. This is most likely because Justice Scalia knew better than to spew such drivel. The Second Amendment, as with all the other amendments and our Constitution does not “grant” rights. Our rights are granted by God Almighty. Those listed in our Constitution are particularly spelled out so there is no mistake concerning them. Likewise the Second Amendment specifically says with all clarity our rights as citizens to keep and bear arms “shall not be infringed”. There is no exception, either detailed or implied. Since this document became the law of the land, we citizens have looked the other way and have allowed our representatives some leeway on this point. They’ve taken that inch and have gone miles beyond any reasonable accommodations. In fact, local, state and federal governments have done little but infringe on our God-given right to keep and bear arms. We the People, need to put and end to this right now, once and for all.

Our Constitution, our very nation, is a gift from Almighty God. This land was wrenched by force from a tyrannical king with arms deemed illegal by him. This nation was founded on the blood of patriots. They used weapons of war to defeat those who would deny our freedom. This is our heritage. Without the hand of God in the founding of our nation, we would still be British subjects. Their gun laws would be our gun laws. Their absolute denial of the right of their subjects to defend themselves would extend to us here in the colonies. God said NO! Almighty God inspired our founding fathers and all patriots who defied the king to wrest our freedom from the king’s bloody hands. After securing victory, He blessed them with a vision of a nation ruled not by kings but by sovereign citizens who would select among their peers those to represent them.

Said representation was not without limitation. Indeed, the scope of the new government was to be limited, strictly contained within defined parameters. Adding to these limitations, the Bill of Rights was formed to further define those areas were government was charged with especially protecting certain rights, among them the right to due process, free speech and to keep and bear arms. Corrupt men lusting for power immediately began work to dismantle what God had wrought through these patriots. Their goal was an overwhelming central government with unlimited power to control everything. Exactly as it is today, this goal is the exact opposite of the intent of our Constitution.

Our republic was founded on that document called our Constitution. Not only did it limit the scope and authority of government but it specifically cordoned off certain God-given rights to insure future generations would not be able to vote them away. Still the authoritarians persisted by patiently whittling away at our freedoms bit by bit. For the most part their efforts was ignored and only occasionally were they beaten back. Over the decades, now centuries, they gained precious ground. Now they’ve reached a point where they’ve suborned all branches of the federal government while making inroads in most state and local governments. Even stalwart states such as Florida and Texas have been corrupted. And yet, our Constitution prevails.

Certainly our founding document, the law of the land, is beaten and bruised. Some say it has been shredded. Certainly, the powers that be, have rendered it to a nearly insignificant status by passing law after law impugning the original intent. The courts, in particular our Supreme Court, once held to be the bastion charged with protection our Constitution, rules again and again for “the government” rather than for the people our government was intended to serve. With all that, one premise remains, our Constitution stands. It remains the law of the land and while it does, WE the PEOPLE continue to be sovereign citizens with the last say in our government. Anyone, ANY ONE, in our government who feigns to say otherwise deserves to be put on trial for treason.

No. Joe. WE the PEOPLE do not “need” guns of any sort, particularly for dealing with peons like you. Our guns, our arms, are our right, and I do not mean just those sorts of guns you approve of. I mean EVERY GUN we choose to own is our right, even your laughably “banned” machine guns, or those true “weapons of war” such as the M16 and M4. You heard correctly, bud. I have EVERY RIGHT to own a select-fire, military grade rifle. At this time I choose not to own such a firearm but this choice is mine not yours. I do not need your permission. You work for me and my fellow citizens. Our forefathers settled that question centuries ago. Under our Constitution, we were born citizens, not subjects. WE the PEOPLE have a far more powerful weapon to defeat wannabe tyrants like yourself. It is our Constitution, or, as I like to refer to it THE LAW OF THIS LAND.

WE the PEOPLE can, at will, overrule you, your minions, Congress and, yes, even the Supreme Court of the United States. WE have the last say because WE are sovereign. Get that straight in your head, if you can get anything straight, that is.

This goes for the rest of you clowns who hold public office or are employed by us citizens. WE are in charge here. You can be replaced or, better yet in most cases, your jobs can be eliminated. It’s time you got rid of your delusions of grandeur. You are not “the elite”. You are employees. You can either serve and honor our Constitution or get the hell out. I, for one, am more than willing to press charges, if need be.

Our nation, our rights are a gift from a Holy God. It is our birthright to self-govern. As such, our rights are not up for grabs, now or at any time. I warn you now, keep your filthy sticky fingers off. You can and will be replaced. Poking this bear can only bring you a world of hurt you’ll wish had never seen the light of day. As for myself, and I hope others of a like mind, I’ve had enough. While I’d just as soon you pay heed and crawl into some dark hole never to be seen again, I’m convinced you are too arrogant for that. You’ve lulled yourself into a false sense of security. When the lights finally come on, you’ll find there is no longer anyplace for you or your fellow cockroaches to scurry to.

To my fellow citizens, I say a reckoning is long overdue. Some may whine “it’s too late!”. It is not too late. As long as our Constitution remains the basis for our nation, the authority, the power, rests with us. All we need to is stand up and claim it.
